Microsoft Excel – Intermediate

This indispensable course will equip the participants with the proper tools to up their skills in Excel.  The participants will learn to use the Insert Function dialog box to construct functions. They will learn to create nested functions.  The participants will learn to write their own rules in Conditional Formatting. In this level, participants will learn to work with Tables, PivotTables, Pivot Charts, Slicers and Timelines.  The participants will create interactive dynamic dashboards.

  • Learn to use the Insert Function to construct formulas
  • Learn intermediate level functions; SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, DSUM, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, LOOKUP, MATCH, OFFSET and INDEX
  • Learn to use built-in commands, such as; Data Validation, Remove Duplicates, and Advanced Filter
  • Manage data using Tables
  • Learn to work with PivotTables and Pivot Charts for Data Analysis
  • Construct different measures to illustrate in PivotTables and Pivot Charts
  • Design and create interactive dynamic dashboards
  • Learn to identify data with Conditional Formatting
